To keep our pricing clear and transparent, the following items are not included in a standard consumer unit (fuse box) replacement:

If your current wiring, circuits, or appliances have faults, these must be repaired separately before the new consumer unit can be connected.
β Rewiring of circuits or the entire property
A fuse box replacement does not include rewiring. If your wiring is old or unsafe, we will advise you before installation.
β Additional accessories or upgrades
Items such as new sockets, switches, or lighting upgrades are not included unless requested.
β Repairs to water damage or building fabric
We do not repair walls, ceilings, plaster, or areas affected by leaks or structural damage.
β Making circuits compliant where major issues are found
If major safety issues exist (e.g., no earth bonding, damaged cabling), these may require additional work before installation can proceed.
β Remedial works following failed tests
If testing after installation highlights issues in your existing installation, any remedial work is charged separately.
β Decorative finishing
Painting, plastering, or cosmetic finishing around the consumer unit is not included.
